How does per-user billing work?
You're charged a flat per-user rate on your plan, multiplied by the number of active users in your organization. There are no platform fees, device fees, or hidden charges. Just users.
How are users counted?
We count the number of unique active users within your organization that have been seen within the last 30 days. Users who go idle for 30 days are automatically dropped from your bill. We sync your count daily.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to your plan for 14 days with no charge. We collect your card up front so we can convert you automatically when the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial with no charge. Your data is preserved if you change your mind later.
Can I cancel, downgrade, or upgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your current bill. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period (no refund for the difference). Cancellations keep your access active until the end of the period and preserve your data so you can reactivate later.
